Glen Avery, Director of Instructional Technology in the Houghton library just ran a marathon in Antarctica. Avery’s feat, in this Southernmost continent with a special status where no one can leave absolutely any impact on the environment, is applaudable . He still needs to run in Asia and South America to fulfill his goal of having run in all seven continents.
